4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

- Data related to the order: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and ten (10) years for accounting purposes;
- Data related to the bank card: transmitted to our payment service provider, it is stored for the time of the transaction and, for evidence purposes in case of a disputed transaction, for thirteen (15) months after the debit date. This period may be extended to fifteen (15) months for certain cards;
- Data collected as part of cookies: thirteen (13) months maximum;
- Data related to prospects: three (3) years from the last contact from the prospect.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the user has the right to access, rectify, delete, and port his Data, as well as the right to limit and object to the processing of his Data. He also has the right to define directives concerning the fate of his Data after his death.
